The idea of bed bugs in your home or hotel room strikes terror in the hearts and imaginations of many people. Yet it has become a reality in such diverse places as luxury hotels, well-known department stores, and in many homes.

Once thought to be a health scourge caused by lack of cleanliness, newer data shows a likely link to climate change, which along with the ban on the use of DDT, has created a direct increase in the volume of pests.

  1. Frank the BedBug Chaser again and I saw this in Pest Management & Green Lodging. There is now an economical way for hotels, exterminators or anyone for that matter to use clean 100% Chemical Free & Green electric heat to get rid of bedbugs

Thanks for the info. I took a look at it and, as green as it sounds, there are some drawbacks to the process.
      a. There are “trailerized diesel rental power and accessories” that are provided for use with this. That means using diesel and the petroleum-based fumes they produce. Not green at all really. Although i like the idea of using heat, that in itself is a huge energy expense. All of this isn’t necessary when utilizing the Greenbug process. But it’s always good to have choices and alternatives. So thanks for letting me know about it!
