Important update on Naked Juice and Kashi class-action lawsuits

For those who don’t know, two top brands – Naked Juice and Kashi – are in the midst of class-action lawsuits stemming from their claims of being “all natural” and “non-GMO”.

Naked Juice, whose parent company is PepsiCo., promises that only the best ingredients and the healthiest fruits and vegetables go into their bottles. Kashi, owned by cereal giant Kellogg, clearly states it “uses all natural ingredients” on its packaging and on its website.

An update was posted today on these lawsuits, and the news is encouraging to consumers who are clambering for truth-in-advertising and safety in their food.  Let’s hope that these lawsuits move forward and create positive important changes that lead to healthier foods.
